Jason Huls was born…or some say conjured in central Illinois. He currently lives outside Chicago with his wife and children. 

Jason is a member of the Horror Writers Association. His fiction can be found in the Cthulhu Haiku, Zen of the Dead, and Lupine Lunes anthologies from Popcorn Press and Lovecraftian Micro Fiction vol. 1 from Arkham Bazaar. The World of Eolan is Jason’s original setting that appears in the d6xd6 roleplaying universe from Lester Smith Games. 

Jason writes and directs films. He has completed one feature-length film and a multitude of shorts. He earned an M.F.A. in Digital Cinema from DePaul University with his film, Citizen in the Temple. Jason’s latest short film, That Damned Yellow Raincoat, won Joe Bob Briggs’ World Drive-In Movie Festival. His screenplay, Where the Wires Lead, was a semifinalist in the Screencraft Short Screenplay Competition. 

Jason is a co-host of the B-Movie Mania podcast and currently hosts The Mythos Minute Podcast, dedicated to horror poetry and flash fiction. He owns the production company, Ten Wing Media.
